The Church of the Good Shepherd
Established in 1868, the church moved to its
current location in 1913. The formidable Gothic
structure was completed in 1927 when the addition of the adjoining
Parish Hall was dedicated.

One historical note, the architect of the church
portion of the complex, was Henry Vaughn.
Vaughn is a lauded architect for many of his creations, but
is most notably known
for the National Cathedral in Washington, D.C.
1780 N. Washington Avenue, Scranton, PA 18509.
