The rental capacity of the Turner-Dodge House is 100 people. Rental of the first floor includes the Music Room, Foyer, Receiving Room, Library, Dining Room and Kitchen. Rental of the entire house includes the first floor, the second floor meeting room, and third floor ballroom. The rental includes tables, chairs, coat racks for inside use.
