The Scarlett Belle is a newly constructed Paddlewheel Riverboat; 87' long by 30' wide with a draw of 3 feet‚ designed for charter cruises in the Channel Island Harbor. She has two levels with outside walk rounds on both decks‚ where you can stroll and take in the sights. The downstairs level is fully enclosed with arched French windows and one grand back window. The upper deck is totally enclosed with floor-to-ceiling glass windows.
